ReStore Update: Accepting Large Appliances

November 10, 2015: The Habitat ReStore is now accepting donations of large, working appliances!

As many of you already know, the Habitat ReStore has been in the process of relocating over the past few months. We are still working to finalize details on our new location, and we are looking forward to announcing this location to you - our supporters - as soon as we possibly can. To continue our mission of supporting Habitat's local affordable housing programs in the interim, we are now accepting donations of large appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, stoves, stovetops, washers, and dryers, (no dishwashers). Items must be in working condition - please note that we are only offering donation pick-up services at this time (without a location, we cannot accomodate drop-offs.) Please email restore@pittsburghhabitat.org to schedule your pickup!

We also want to remind you that our ReStore is currently selling select appliances and home remodeling items on Craigslist to continue serving shoppers like you, and funding our affordable housing programs, while our store remains closed. To view our current merchandise and updates on the store, please like our Facebook Page. We will continue posting updated merchandise several times per week.

We greatly appreciate the patience and continued support of our donors, shoppers, and volunteers during this transition period, and we'll continue to keep you updated as new details arise.
